Community Options, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Foster Care / Host Home Provider in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to offer a nurturing environment for individuals with disabilities. This independent contractor position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and prior experience as a Direct Support Professional.

Providers will receive compensation on a per-diem basis and monthly room and board from the individual they support, making this role both impactful and financially rewarding.
