Host/Greeter - T. Cook's (Full-time) - Royal Palms Resort and Spa

Location: The Unbound Collection Royal Palms Resort and Spa, Phoenix, AZ, US

Department: Bars/Restaurants/Outlets

Position Type: Full-time, Hourly/Entry Level Employee

Pay: Starts at $16 plus tips

Summary

Join the Hyatt family at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa, a AAA Four Diamond resort located at the foot of Camelback Mountain. The resort features 119 guestrooms, T. Cook’s restaurant, the Mix Up Bar, and the Forbes Four Star Alvadora Spa.

As a Greeter at T. Cook’s, you will welcome guests and create a positive first impression. Your interactions will influence the overall dining experience, including providing table accommodations and menu recommendations. You may be the last contact point and play a key role in guest satisfaction. Experience as a restaurant host/hostess is highly valuable.

Preferred experience includes fine dining, familiarity with POS systems (Micros), reservations (OpenTable), customer service, and hospitality roles. Must be able to multi-task (using phone, computer, iPad), stand for long periods, and possess excellent communication skills. Valid AZ Food Handlers License required.
