Position: Host

As a Host, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience. Your attention to detail, service skills, and ability to anticipate guest needs will help maintain our high standards.

Essential Functions

1. Greet and seat guests, present menus, and inform them of specials and soups.
2. Maintain the waiting list and manage guest information.
3. Quote wait times accurately when tables are not immediately available.
4. Clean, organize, and stock menus at the host area.
5. Sweep the foyer and front entrance frequently.
6. Interact with guests upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive experience.
7. Answer phones and schedule reservations, especially for large parties.
8. Perform other duties as directed.
