RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, manage seating arrangements, and efficiently handle waiting times.
  • Ensure guests are seated promptly and comfortably, enhancing their dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to the correct tables.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas.
  • Provide menus, answer guests' questions regarding menu items, and liaise with kitchen staff as needed.
  • Adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment, upholding a positive demeanor and exceptional customer service.
