About Us
A revolutionized dining, drinking, and entertainment establishment located across from Delta Center in Fountain Plaza at The Gateway. Owned and operated by Las Vegas-headquartered Carver Road Hospitality, the complex features a restaurant, three bars, 400-square-feet of LED screens, private karaoke and golf simulator rooms, a central nightclub, and a cocktail lounge with bowling.
Open seven days a week, the restaurant serves American bar and grill favorites along with eclectic offerings and playful desserts, all prepared in the full kitchen.

Position Summary
The Host will warmly welcome, greet, and seat guests professionally, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. Responsibilities also include managing reservations and providing accurate wait times for guests without reservations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook.
• Anticipate and accommodate guest needs while providing exceptional service.
• Provide guests with basic food and beverage information, including upselling opportunities.
• Assign seating considering service standards, staffing, and kitchen capacity.
• Set up the host stand, review reservations, and keep the area clean and organized.
• Assist with incoming calls, answer guest questions, and confirm reservations.
• Seat reservations promptly and hold chairs for guests when possible.
• Adhere to sanitation standards to protect establishment, guests, and staff.
• Take and process reservations, special orders, and pre-payments.
• Perform side-work and opening/closing procedures as directed.
• Ensure menus are organized and current, and take weekly inventory.
• Report equipment or furniture damage immediately.
• Participate in daily pre-service meetings and staff training.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

• Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive motion tasks may be required.
• Ability to focus in a fast-paced, changing environment.
