HOST - FIRN Reports to Restaurant Manager; position is non-exempt THE ROLE The Host reports to Food + Beverage Leadership and works in a team environment with other F+B professionals, including server assistants, servers, dishwashers, cooks, and chefs. It is critical the person in this position possesses a background and knowledge in Host techniques and has a natural ability to manage time. As the gate keeper to our venues, you play an integral part of a team of hospitality professionals in our gorgeous, ground-breaking building. You work collaboratively with the team to ensure the arrival experience is personalized and memorable and you orchestrate the evening like a talented conductor.
