Job summary

Chili's in the United States is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage the wait list, and help create a warm, lively dining atmosphere. You will greet guests with a smile and coordinate seating to ensure smooth flow during peak hours.

As a host, you will answer phones, help teammates, and support a safe, welcoming environment while delivering consistent, friendly service to every Guest. Prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and hospitality focus.
• Ability to work quickly in a high-volume setting.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and maneuver food trays safely.
• No experience required.

Our Hosts begin each experience for every Guest that walks into our restaurants by providing hospitality and service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in providing a warm welcome and love making people feel special, then we want to hear from you!

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
• No experience necessary
