Job summary

Chili's in Mission Viejo is seeking friendly Hosts to greet Guests warmly and help start every dining experience with hospitality. You will manage the wait list, seat guests, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

No prior experience is required, and you will work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role offers flexible part-time or full-time options and opportunities for growth within the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet every Guest with a warm welcome.
• Manage the wait list and seating flow.

• Answer phone calls within three rings and direct calls.
• Assist fellow Team Members as needed to ensure smooth service.

Role Overview

Our Hosts begin each experience for every Guest that walks into our restaurants by providing hospitality and service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in providing a warm welcome and love making people feel special, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest
• Manage the wait list
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate

About You

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
• No experience necessary
