Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Host / Hostess / Greeter to welcome guests, guide seating and create a warm, professional first impression in our Kendall, FL dining room.

You will seat guests, maintain a clean front lobby, and help ensure a smooth guest experience during busy shifts. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to transport objects up to 25 lbs, weekend and holiday availability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Greets each guest and facilitates the guest experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Seats each guest at the appropriate tables.
• Organizes, stocks and cleans the front lobby during the shift.
• Manages competing demands. Bids farewell to each guest.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Requirements

• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability are provided where allowed.
