Job summary

The Turning Point LLC in Virginia is seeking a friendly host to warmly welcome guests, seat them at tables or in waiting areas, and help manage the flow of dining room traffic. You will provide menus, assign tables according to needs, take to-go orders when necessary, and keep the host stand neat and presentable while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

No formal qualifications required beyond a warm personality; we can train you and value teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to help

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.

• Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation.
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining areas.
• Answer the phone and take to-go orders when necessary.
• Keep the host stand neat, tidy, and presentable for guests.
