Trapper's Sushi is seeking a Host/Cashier to join our team at our new San Antonio location. As a leading dining establishment in the Pacific Northwest, our mission is to learn our customers' names and provide exceptional service and food, encouraging repeat visits.

Role Responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming guests upon entry
2. Providing accurate wait times and managing waiting lists
3. Handling to-go orders and ensuring order accuracy
4. Answering calls and assisting customers
5. Guiding guests to dining or bar areas, providing menus, and coordinating with servers
6. Supporting wait staff and maintaining a clean reception area
7. Attending to guests requiring special attention
8. Thanking guests upon departure
9. Upholding TRAPCHK core values

Qualifications:

1. Experience as a Host/Hostess or Food Server
2. Knowledge of restaurant etiquette
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Ability to multitask
5. High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus
6. Texas Food Handler Card before employment start

Physical Demands:

1. Lifting up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
2. Standing, walking, reaching, lifting, twisting, and crouching during shifts
