Responsibilities include:

• Providing fast, friendly, professional customer service to guests and staff.
• Operating POS systems, handling cash accurately, and maintaining financial integrity.
• Familiarity with restaurant food menus, including descriptions, prices, and beverages.
• Processing refunds or credit memorandums as directed.
• Greeting and seating guests according to preferences and availability.
• Managing restaurant flow, assigning stations, and supervising in the absence of managers.
• Assisting staff as needed and resolving service issues per guidelines.
• Maintaining dining areas according to standards and promoting casino events and programs.
• Answering phones professionally.
