JDK Management Company, operating Perkins in Ohio, is seeking a Host/Cashier to welcome guests, handle transactions, and create a warm first impression. Previous host/cashier experience is a plus, but not required, and flexibility is valued.

You will greet guests, manage seating, and process payments while collaborating with servers and managers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage seating arrangements and wait lists to ensure smooth restaurant flow and guest satisfaction.
• Accurately process guest payments and handle cash, credit card, and other transactions responsibly.
• Answer phones, assist guests with questions, and support carryout or to-go orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, front entrance, and dining areas.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to support efficient operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
