Initial placement within the salary range is based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is one component of our Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs to support your financial, physical, and mental well-being. Paid time off is earned according to local policy and increases with employment length.

- Adhere to all departmental and property policies regarding guest service standards.
- Greet guests courteously and arrange seating based on preferences and availability; monitor the room atmosphere.
- Quote accurate wait times and manage guest waiting lists or reservations per procedures.
- Provide fast, friendly, professional customer service to guests and staff.
- Operate cash registers/P.O.S. systems, handle transactions accurately, and maintain financial integrity.
- Be familiar with the restaurant menu, including descriptions, prices, and beverages.
- Process refunds and credit memorandums as directed.
- Coordinate restaurant flow, assign stations, supervise in the absence of managers, and assist staff as needed.
- Resolve service issues following guidelines.
- Ensure dining areas are set up and maintained properly.
- Know current casino events and direct guests accordingly.
- Answer phones professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
- Cash handling experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to operate P.O.S. systems and basic math skills required.
- Ability to work collaboratively, maintain energy, and handle issues proactively.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
