• Adhere to all departmental and property policies regarding guest service standards.
• Greet guests courteously and arrange seating based on preferences and availability; monitor room atmosphere.
• Quote accurate waiting times and manage guest waiting lists or reservations.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional customer service to guests and staff.
• Operate cash registers/P.O.S. systems accurately, handle transactions, and maintain financial integrity.
• Be familiar with the restaurant menu, including descriptions, prices, and add-ons.
• Process refunds or credit memorandums as directed.
• Coordinate restaurant flow, assign stations, and supervise in the absence of a manager.
• Assist staff in duties such as refilling drinks, pre-bussing, and attending to guest needs.
• Resolve service issues per guidelines.
• Maintain setup and cleanliness of dining areas.
• Promote current casino events and direct guests accordingly.
• Answer phones professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality in all company matters.
