Job summary

White Lodging in San Antonio is seeking friendly and customer-focused servers to ensure an outstanding dining experience. You will greet guests, assign servers, manage reservations, and seat guests at tables, while maintaining a welcoming entryway and performing side work.

Knowledge of menu items and preparation methods is essential; you will answer guest questions, process payments, and support a safe, collaborative work environment. Weekend/night availability is required.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, sociable personality with strong communication and listening skills.
• Passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as necessary.
