Job Description: The Host/Cashier will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a professional environment, resulting in increased customer loyalty.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing fast, friendly, professional, and responsive service to guests and staff.
2. Greeting and welcoming guests entering the restaurant.
3. Building rapport with guests and walking them to their tables.
4. Accommodating guest preferences for tables or booths.
5. Rotating guest seating between service stations.
6. Highlighting current promotions with enthusiasm.
7. Communicating guest needs and feedback to staff and management.
8. Evaluating business levels and adjusting floor arrangements accordingly.
9. Addressing situations needing management attention.
10. Thanking guests and inviting them to return.
11. Answering calls for reservations and managing bookings.
12. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with overtime as needed.
• Ability to tolerate areas with secondary smoke, noise, bright lights, and dust.
