Summary:

Responsibilities

1. What You'll Do
2. Greet guests warmly and professionally.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction with their dining experience.
4. Assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seat guests.
5. Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete side work and cleaning tasks.
6. Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe work environment.
7. Maintain a neat and professional appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
8. Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately respond to guest questions.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Outgoing and sociable personality.
2. Excellent communication and listening skills.
3. Passion for service with a positive attitude.
4. Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure.
5. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
