WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate is an upbeat professional who enjoys providing members with a unique hospitality experience. They thrive in a start-up environment, are team-oriented, detail-conscious, and hold high standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing a warm, welcoming greeting to members and guests.
  • Ensuring members are seated promptly according to The Quin standards, maintaining high member satisfaction.
  • Assist in providing a pleasant dining experience.
  • Handling credit card collections from members and servers as needed.
  • Answering calls, taking reservations, and informing guests of offerings.
  • Maintaining menu cleanliness and appearance.
  • Performing opening and closing duties per checklists.
  • Possessing thorough knowledge of service standards, menus, and specials.
  • Supporting servers and assuming responsibility for service quality.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing complaints.
  • Assisting in other food and beverage outlets as needed.
  • Completing additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Professional presentation and service orientation.
  • High standards of personal grooming.
  • Team player with ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to learn NorthStar POS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good prioritization.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
  • Flexible availability.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
