What will you be doing?

As a Host/Busser, you will create a welcoming first impression by warmly greeting guests, managing waitlists, and guiding them to their tables. You’ll also assist with to-go orders and respond to customer inquiries. In addition, you will help maintain a clean and organized dining area by preparing tables, replenishing supplies, and supporting the wait staff to ensure efficient and exceptional service throughout the guest experience.

Host/Busser responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet guests politely and enthusiastically upon arrival, manage the waitlist, and guide guests to their assigned tables.

• Answer the telephone courteously and assist with guest inquiries and to-go orders.

• Prepare and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment by cleaning and setting tables, replacing linens and silverware, and ensuring menus are clean and presentable.

• Support servers by clearing used dishes, refilling water, replenishing utensils and condiments, and responding promptly to spills or other needs.

• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and lobby by sweeping, vacuuming, and removing trash or recyclables as needed.

• Assist in setting up and restocking bus stations, condiment stands, and trash containers.

• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range

USD $14.00 - USD $16.00 /Hr.
