Job summary

Skillets in the United States is seeking a friendly Host to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering excellent customer service from arrival.

You will greet and seat guests, manage waitlists, answer phone calls, and coordinate with waitstaff to ensure efficient, timely service in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Requirements:
