Chili's in Asheville, NC is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage the wait list, and support the team in a fast-paced dining environment.

No experience is required—training provided. You will answer phones, assist guests, and help maintain a warm, safe, and efficient dining room. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly, and caring attitude ready to greet guests with a smile.
• Able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and safely lift/maneuver trays.
• No experience necessary; training provided.

• Greet every guest warmly and manage the wait list.
• Answer calls and direct guests to seating.
• Communicate guest concerns to management as needed.
• Assist fellow team members during service.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming dining area.

Role Overview

Our Hosts begin each experience for every Guest that walks into our restaurants by providing hospitality and service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in providing a warm welcome and love making people feel special, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest
• Manage the wait list
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
• Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
