About the Job:

1. Play an essential role in creating a great first and last impression for our guests.
2. Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
3. Manage the waitlist, assist with carry-out orders, and help deliver food to tables as needed.
4. Be knowledgeable about the menu and assist guests with any questions they may have.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming area for guests throughout their visit.
6. Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth operations and provide exceptional service.
7. Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast systems is a plus!

Minimum Qualifications:

• You’re a friendly, approachable team player with a passion for hospitality.
• You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with both guests and team members.
• You’re eager to learn about our food, beverages, and to-go process to provide top-notch service.
