Job Description

Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating positive interactions, creating a lively atmosphere, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing wait lines, promoting Caesars Rewards, and maintaining knowledge of menu items. You will oversee service staff, ensure efficient table turnover, and handle administrative tasks as needed. Must be able to stand for long periods, read and write in English, and possess basic math skills for cashier duties.

Essential Functions

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a smile.
• Build rapport with guests, including VIPs and regulars.
• Monitor service quality and resolve any issues swiftly.
• Promote Caesars Rewards and other programs.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and restaurant operations.
• Assist with administrative and non-union duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or entertainment preferred.
• Excellent public relations skills and outgoing personality.
• Knowledge of MICROS system is a plus.
