Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring for Host/Hostess positions in Texas. The role focuses on delivering an excellent hospitality experience by managing the flow of the restaurant and providing a positive impression to guests.

You will quote accurate wait times and answer guest questions. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Must be at least 18 years old, with strong customer service etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.

• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to PF Chang’s specifications
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses.

Job Summary

The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They provide a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In the event there is a wait time, quote an accurate wait time and answer any questions the guest may have.
