Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Wichita, KS is seeking a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage reservations, and guide them to their tables with warmth and efficiency.

You will work closely with the Front of House team, buss tables when needed, and help maintain a clean, inviting entry. We offer flexible schedules, competitive hourly pay, extensive training, and benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

What we expect of you:

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Open doors and create a friendly, inviting first impression.
• Escort guests to their table and set expectations for their experience.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable with accuracy and care.
• Communicate wait times clearly and professionally during peak volume.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entryway.
• Support the dining room by clearing and resetting tables (bussing) as needed to maintain flow and cleanliness.
• Partner with the Front of House team to ensure smooth, seamless service.
