Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for the restaurant, greeting each and every guest warmly with a smile.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and customers to ensure that dining details are handled properly and customers' concerns are addressed.

• Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls.
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies, and clean restrooms when necessary.
• Support the food runner/exPO for to‑go orders, including checking IDs and presenting orders to guests.
• Collect payment when needed.
• Other duties, as needed.
