Job Overview

Keagan's in Virginia Beach Town Center, VA, is a \"one of a kind\" experience for both guests and staff! Encompassing a large community oriented pub and restaurant as well as the \"Vice Bar\" brand next door; Keagan's emphasizes an experience that centers around having a good time! What You Will Be Doing

• Greeting guests on arrival with a warm and friendly welcome
• Managing the Reservation System and floor / seating charts
• Accurately quoting wait times and escorting guests to designated table
• Following up with guest requests, either directly or via the assigned Bartender / Server
• Assisting Servers and Bartenders in maintenance and cleaning of service utensils and service equipment as required
• Bussing tables (clearing plates, cups, glassware and condiments etc.)
• Resetting tables to standard
• Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing requested information as able
• Accommodating and processing “To Go” orders, merchandise orders and / or door cover as required
• Ensuring that the Host Stand (and all other assigned relevant areas) is maintained in an organized, clean and sanitary manner
• Ensuring that all set-up and break-down tasks are completed to standard
• Interacting with guests
• Having fun!
