Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Host to greet guests, escort them to tables, and present menus while maintaining dining room setup and service flow. You will also manage reservations, log communications, and support team members to ensure smooth service.

The role involves following EarthView sustainability guidelines, practicing safety standards, and performing additional duties as requested by management. Flexibility to work holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Your Focus

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offer choice of seating, escort to the dining table and present menu.
• Read, maintain and make daily entries in the log book to coordinate communication between shifts and management.

• Assist as needed or requested with service.

Your Background and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent .

Work Environment and Context

• Work schedule varies and will include working on holidays and weekends.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
