Job summary

Glory Days Grill is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests as they arrive and guide them to seating, all while maintaining a welcoming pace in a lively, sports-focused environment. You will lift up to 50 lbs, help keep the dining area tidy, and answer guest questions with a positive, professional tone.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, teamwork, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests from entry to seating in a fast-paced casual dining setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the First and Last Impression of every guest.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms.
• Provide warm, hospitable service to each guest.
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant.
• Be responsible for seating guests and maintaining the flow in the restaurant.
• Answer the phones and provide guests with information as needed.

As a host, you will:

Glory Days Grill offers a full bar, to go services, catering and banquet/party facilities. Many locations have private rooms and patios available for parties and events.
