Job summary

Glory Days Grill is looking for an energetic host in Culpeper to greet guests, seat them, and guide the dining flow with a warm, hospitable approach.

You will answer phones, assist guests with information, and help keep the dining room clean and safe while delivering a friendly, team-oriented guest experience.

As a host, you will:

• Be the First and Last Impression of every guest
• Stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Continuously bend, reach, twist and use your hands and arms.
• Make the Guests feel as if they are the only people in the restaurant and that their happiness is of the utmost importance.
• Your primary responsibility is to provide warm, hospitable service to each and every guest.
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
• Be responsible for the seating of the guests and maintain the flow in the restaurant
• You will be responsible for answering the phones and providing the guests with information as needed
