Ruth's Chris Steak House in Reno is hiring a Host who will warmly welcome guests, manage the seating flow, and ensure every guest feels valued from arrival to departure. You will guide guests to their tables, engage them along the way, answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner, and communicate clearly with teammates to deliver seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to each Guest who calls or visits our restaurants
• Coordinate and control our Guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to our departing Guests
• Demonstrate hospitality by walking our Guests to their table, and engaging them along the way
• Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
• Effectively communicate with Guests and your fellow Team Members
• Be a team player and work well with others.
