Ruth's Chris Steak House in Painttown, NC is seeking a Hosts team member to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and guide guests from arrival to table with hospitality.

You will answer calls, communicate with teammates, and help create memorable dining experiences. The role emphasizes teamwork, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for service. Training and growth opportunities are available along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Provide a warm welcome to each guest and manage seating.
• Coordinate and control guest flow at the door.
• Walk guests to their tables and engage with them along the way.
• Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner.
