K38 Baja Grill in Raleigh, NC is seeking an energetic Host/Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and support smooth seating flow in a fast-paced Baja-inspired environment.

You will greet guests, coordinate waitlists, answer inquiries, and maintain a clean host stand. Prior host/hostess or customer service experience is a plus, with strong communication and reliability valued.

About Us:

K38 Baja Grill has been serving fresh, vibrant, Baja-style Mexican food and hand-crafted margaritas for over 30 years. We're known for our lively atmosphere, scratch-made flavors, and genuine hospitality. As we open our newest location at Seaboard Station in Raleigh, we're looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our front-of-house team.

Position Summary:

As a Host/Hostess, you are the first and last impression for our guests. You'll greet each guest with a warm welcome, manage reservations and waitlists, and help ensure smooth seating flow throughout the restaurant. If you're energetic, guest-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with our team.
