Earls is seeking hospitable Hosts to energize our front door and set the tone for every guest experience. You’ll welcome guests, coordinate seating flow, and support service with enthusiasm to ensure exceptional dining experiences.

Key duties include guiding guests, leveraging guest-interaction platforms, and maintaining a friendly, helpful atmosphere. We value teamwork, learning, and a positive guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the flow of guests into the restaurant to ensure our Culinary team and servers can deliver world class service.
• Support the service team using guest interaction technologies including Skip the Dishes, DoorDash, OpenTable and more.
• Elevate the guest experience through engaging conversations with guests.
• Tackle problems using multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team.
