Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro in North Carolina is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses. The Host role is to deliver an excellent hospitality experience by guiding guests, managing the wait, greeting arrivals, and seating guests efficiently to keep the restaurant flowing.

No prior experience is required—training is provided. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $20.50 per hour, plus benefits such as flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, employee meals discounts, 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with guests, answer phones, greet and seat, take reservations and orders.
• Maintain safety and sanitation at front door, host desk, lobby and crowd control.
• Learn seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas.
• Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently per brand standards.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Perform required side-work for each shift.

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses.

Job Summary:

The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They provide a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In the event there is a wait time, quote an accurate wait time and answer any questions the guest may have.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders)

• Uphold our high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control

• Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food

• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications

• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations

• Conducts side-work as required for each shift

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
