Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Norman, OK is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Hosts/Hostesses to ensure smooth restaurant flow and deliver a welcoming guest experience.

You'll greet guests, answer phones, seat guests, manage reservations, and assist with take-out when needed. No prior experience required; we train you. You must be at least 18, provide excellent customer service, and adapt to a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with guests (answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards; complete sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to our specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conduct side-work as required for each shift.

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses.

Job Summary

The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They provide a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In the event there is a wait time, quote an accurate wait time and answer any questions the guest may have.

Job Responsibilities
