Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking immediate hire for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience and to manage seating flow. You will greet guests, answer phones, take reservations, and ensure a smooth dining flow.

We provide on-the-job training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Must be at least 18 and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Competitive pay and employee discounts included.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, take reservations, take food orders).
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control.
• Learn seating layout, table divisions, and how to deliver food.
• Set and clear a table neatly and efficiently per company specifications.
• Learn curbside process and takeout expectations.
• Conduct side-work as required for each shift.

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostesses.

Job Summary

The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They provide a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In the event there is a wait time, quote an accurate wait time and answer any questions the guest may have.

Job Responsibilities
