Harbour Club Miami is seeking a polished Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and guide seating in our luxurious dining venue. You will be the face of our club, delivering first-class hospitality from arrival to departure.

Open interviews are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no appointment necessary; candidates should be ready to work flexible days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Warm, welcoming front-door presence with a sophisticated vibe.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a focus on hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; memory for faces and names is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with SevenRooms is a plus.
• Prior experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to work at least 4 shifts per week.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift light items.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort members and guests warmly, addressing them by name when possible.
• Manage reservations and seating using the club's reservation system.
• Coordinate with Maître D and staff to optimize seating and flow.
• Provide information about club offerings and events.
• Support high-end clientele with poise.
• Assist with special requests and accommodate member needs.

Harbour Club is a private members club in Miami Beach, bringing together exceptional dining, cocktails, music, and curated experiences in an elegant and welcoming setting. Our team is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, personalized service and creating memorable moments for our members and guests.

Join the exclusive Harbour Club Miami team as a Host/Hostess, where you will be the welcoming face of our luxurious dining establishments. As a Host/Hostess, you will ensure an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of our club.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort members and guests warmly, addressing them by name when possible
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart using advanced reservation management systems
• Communicate efficiently with the Maitre'D and management team to optimize seating and flow.
• Provide information about the club’s offerings and events
• Manage high-end clientele with poise
• Assist with special requests and accommodate member/guest needs
• Uphold Harbour Club's standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality at all times
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the space

Qualifications:

• The right charisma to enhance the atmosphere at the front door. A Host/Hostess should be able to create a warm, inviting environment while maintaining an air of sophistication.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (ability to remember faces and names is a big plus)
