Job summary

Harbour Club Miami is seeking a Cocktail Server / Bottle Girl to elevate guest experiences with attentive beverage service and premium bottle presentations in a luxury setting. You will build member relationships, share knowledge of offerings, and deliver polished, high-touch service.

Ideal candidates bring passion for hospitality, familiarity with wines and spirits, and experience in upscale environments. The role requires week-round availability and a sharp, professional presence.

Qualifications

• A natural charisma and polished presence that enhances the lounge and dining environment.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and luxury guest experiences.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, champagnes, and cocktails (mixology or wine certifications are a plus).
• Experience in high-end hospitality, luxury nightlife, or fine dining environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with high-profile clientele.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, energetic settings.
• Ability to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, traverse stairs, and lift/carry heavy items when required.

• Offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations to members and guests.
• Work closely with management, culinary, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless and memorable experiences.
• Communicate guest needs effectively to ensure timely, elevated service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and beautifully presented service stations and bottle service areas.
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.

Foster Member Relationships
