Ruth's Chris Steak House in Memphis, TN invites you to join our hospitality team as a Host/Hostess. You will warmly welcome guests, coordinate seating, guide guests to tables, and answer calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Warmly welcome guests at the door and check-in.
• Coordinate and control guest flow by greeting arrivals and seating.
• Walk guests to their table and engage them along the way.
• Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Be a team player and work well with others.

• Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits our restaurants
• Effectively coordinate and control our Guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to our departing Guests
• Demonstrate hospitality by walking our Guests to their table, and engaging them along the way
• Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
• Effectively communicate with Guests and your fellow Team Members
• Be a team player and work well with others.
