Position Details

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Host or Hostess positions.

Job Summary

The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They provide a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In case of wait times, they quote accurate wait times and answer guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Interact courteously with guests (answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations, take food orders)
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards (front door, host desk, lobby, crowd control)
• Learn restaurant seating layout, table division, and food delivery processes
• Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently as per P.F. Chang's standards
• Learn curbside and takeout procedures
• Perform side-work as required for each shift

Requirements
