Another Broken Egg Cafe in Greenville, SC is seeking a Host to greet and seat guests, manage the waitlist, and uphold our high hospitality standards to ensure a memorable breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience.

You will work daytime hours with no night shifts, delivering friendly service and coordinating guest flow in a fast-paced breakfast/brunch environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age is 18.
• Flexible Availability (weekends, holidays).
• Uphold and maintain high-quality customer service and hospitality.
• Professional phone skills and effective communication.
• Polite and professional attitude at all times.
• Ability to problem solve and handle guest inquiries.
• Organized and attentive to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Greet and acknowledge guests with a smile.
• Demonstrate professional phone skills and effective communication.
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor.
• Follow guest check-in procedures and maintain an organized waitlist.
• Ensure proper setup of coffee station and restock supplies as needed.
• Assist with silverware setup and bussing/resetting tables.
• Keep newspaper area, entry rug, and promo area neat and organized.
• Perform closing duties including trash collection, cleaning countertops and entry walls, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Clean and organize menus and water plants as needed.
