A hospitality service provider in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a Host to provide exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will greet guests warmly, manage dining flow, and ensure guest satisfaction. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and make eye contact.
• Manage dining area flow and guest seating.
• Support the entire team in various tasks.
• Beginning from the moment a guest enters the restaurant, ensure that all guests are provided with the BelAir experience.
• Communicate clearly, positively, and effectively with our guests, staff, and management.
• Multitask the execution of duties, including assisting servers in cleaning and clearing tables, sweeping floors, and inspecting the restaurant for proper presentation.
• Support the entire team with the completion of tasks such as to-go orders, serving our guests with chips, salsa, and water, etc.
• Take ownership of the host stand and all host duties
