Job summary

Parker John’s BBQ & Pizza is seeking friendly daytime hosts to be the first impression of our brand in Green Bay. You’ll create a welcoming environment and help guests feel at home in a fast-paced setting.

This part-time role averages about 20 hours per week with daytime shifts roughly 10:30 AM–4:00 PM and/or 4:00 PM–9:00 PM. Hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $18.00, with tips included, and weekly pay every Friday.

Qualifications

• No experience required; friendly, outgoing individuals encouraged to apply.
• Role is entry-level with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter and thank them on departure.
• Manage waitlist using app-based system.
• Answer phones and take carryout/delivery orders.
• Process carryout payments and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming host stand.

Compensation & Schedule

• Weekly pay with paychecks every Friday
• Part-time position (15-20 hours per week)
• Daytime shifts typically between 10:00 AM – :00 PM
• Night shifts typically between 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM
