Ideal candidates are at least 18, love hospitality, and can multitask in a fast-paced setting. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with strong English communication and teamwork.

• Adjust seating plans to avoid bottlenecks and wait time surprises.
• Manage special seating requests in line with availability.
• Communicate with Managers and Team Members to keep service moving smoothly.
• Support servers and service staff when needed to help the team shine.
• Answer questions about food, wine, and experiences with warmth and knowledge.
