Presque Isle Downs & Casino, conveniently located off of I90 in Erie, PA, features table games, slots, sportsbook, entertainment, live thoroughbred horse racing, and year-round simulcast racing. Candidate acts as a host/hostess for the restaurant by taking reservations, greeting guests and seating guests in a positive friendly manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintains full knowledge of restaurant lay-out and seats patrons based off of specific layout.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of menu items.
• Communicates to management in a timely fashion any guest compliments or complaints.
• Candidate must maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, have excellent communication skills and be able to work with the public in a large dining room.
• Candidate will assist in restaurant as needed and will perform all other duties as assigned.
• Will work nights, weekends, holidays and special events.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. One year of food or hospitality service experience preferred.
