Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Host to greet every guest with a welcoming smile and ensure a standout guest experience. You will set the tone at the door and share our Legendary Service mindset with every visitor in a fast-paced Ohio dining room.

As a Roadie, you’ll collaborate with the team to maintain wait times, assist guests, and promote our story. We offer weekly pay, comprehensive benefits after eligibility, and a culture that rewards passion and teamwork.

As a Host your responsibilities would include:

• Going out of your way to assist every guest
• Serving our fresh baked bread
• Effectively maintaining our wait and quote times
• Giving our First-Time Guests an extra special welcome
• Telling each guest our legendary Texas Roadhouse Story
• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town
• Exhibiting teamwork
