Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Host to greet guests with a genuine welcome and contribute to a Legendary Service experience. You will assist guests, manage wait times, and share the Texas Roadhouse story, helping ensure the friendliest atmosphere in town.

As a Host your responsibilities would include:

• Going out of your way to assist every guest
• Serving our fresh baked bread
• Effectively maintaining our wait and quote times
• Giving our First-Time Guests an extra special welcome
• Telling each guest our legendary Texas Roadhouse Story
• Demonstrating to everyone that we are the friendliest place in town
• Exhibiting teamwork
