Job summary

Interlachen Country Club in Edina, MN is seeking a Host to greet members, manage reservations, and support a welcoming restaurant environment at The Lodge. You will contribute to a high-touch member experience, learning the menu and club offerings while maintaining a tidy host area and coordinating service with the team.

The ideal candidate is friendly, team-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced club setting, with prior host or club experience a plus and being at least 16 years

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Host and club experience is a plus.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems is a plus.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Enhance member experience by anticipating needs and personalizing interactions.
• Answer phone calls and facilitate reservations and to-go orders accurately and efficiently.
• Offer members and guests a warm greeting and a fond farewell.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and other Club offerings.
• Ensure the host area and restaurant is clean, tidy, and inviting.
• Support fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time

Availability

• This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
• Sunday availability is required.

Salary, Benefits, and Perks:

• $15-$21 per hour (including base wage and service charge)
